Project overview

Hello everyone,

I am looking for two HRIS profiles, one senior AMOA SIRH profile, and a second BA AMOA.

The project: DGRH implemented Workday in 2026. The mission is a scoping study on the AMOA side.

For each tool, it is necessary to take stock, gather needs in workshops with the HR departments, and then recommend a target solution consistent with the HR IS architecture and compliant with GDPR.

The mission includes neither development nor configuration.

Excellent HRIS knowledge required and mandatory!

Profile sought

Mandatory: coordinate and organize the collection of user needs.

Work environment

Environment:

Workday, SAP ECC6 HCM EHP7, SAP BI 4.3, Informatica.

• Lead workshops with HR departments (DRC, HR managers) and arbitrate between their requests.
• Take stock of existing tools and identify their limitations.
• Evaluate solutions against the architectural roadmap, taking into account GDPR, security, and rights management.
• Manage the project: committees, follow-up meetings, stakeholder relations.
• Know HR business processes.
• Master Workday and its reporting (HCM certification appreciated).
• Know SAP ECC6 HCM.
• Have very good writing skills.
• Remote 2 days per week
• Immediate availability or January 2027.
