Appraiser Non-Residential WOZ

Project overview

As an experienced appraiser, you will support the valuation of non-residential properties, especially agricultural and unusual objects. You will contribute to market analyses, revaluations, and objection handling. You will also represent the organization in court.

GouwIT – You have at least 6 years (in the last 8 years) of work experience with the GouwIT tax package.

• You have at least 10 years of experience in the revaluation, PMA, and objection and appeal of agricultural and unusual objects. This is evident from your CV.
• NRVT Registration – You are registered with the NRVT in the WOZ chamber.
• TIOX Key Figures – You are capable of independently preparing your own key figures for the valuation of unusual or agricultural objects.
• You have a minimum HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level;
• You are an experienced professional in the field of the WOZ Act;
• Ortax Valuation Package – You have at least 6 years (in the last 8 years) of work experience with the Ortax valuation package.
• Experience with Appeal Cases – You have prepared and/or co-signed at least 10 appraisals for appeal cases in the last 3 years.
• You fit within the BSOB culture and have the work experience relevant to BSOB. Additionally, you can adapt to the further automation and digitalization of WOZ processes.
