The valuer supports the valuation of non-residential properties, with a focus on standard objects.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Checking primary and secondary object characteristics of sold objects and adjusting registered data if necessary
- Supporting the annual revaluation of non-residential properties
- Participating in handling objections to the WOZ value of standard objects
- Monitoring the planning of the WOZ process according to the established timeline
- Representing the organization in court
- HBO work and thinking level as a minimum requirement
- Recent experience of at least 6 years in valuing non-residential properties, mainly standard objects
- Familiarity with professional procedures and the WOZ Act
- Strong analytical skills and good social skills
- Team player and stress-resistant, even during peak periods
- Skilled in processing mutations in software systems
- Registration in the NRVT register, WOZ chamber
- Recent experience with the implementation of a new participant in the Ortax valuation package
