Project overview

Vacant position of Automation OT Technician for our client based in Neuchâtel in the Pharma sector.

Responsibilities

Your experience/knowledge:

• Provide technical support for the OT infrastructure.
• Coordinate IT/OT activities with multidisciplinary teams involved in changes and validations.
• Conduct technical investigations and propose solutions adapted to user needs.
• Prepare, write, review, and approve final technical documentation, including functional and design specifications.
• Participate in patching activities, system updates, and associated testing and validation controls.
• Contribute to audit support and compliance with GMP requirements.
• Training in industrial automation, IT/OT, or equivalent, with a CFC or ES Technician diploma desired.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or agri-food environment desired.
• Good knowledge of the GMP environment as well as change management and validation processes.
• Very good command of Microsoft tools and experience in patching, application updates, and associated tests.
• Knowledge of data management and OPC UA layers, with the ability to write functional and design specifications.
• Language skills: French: fluent, English: conversational
