We are seeking an Automation OT Technician for a client in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, within the Pharma sector. The role involves technical support for OT infrastructure, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and documentation.

Vacant position of Automation OT Technician for our client based in Neuchâtel in the Pharma sector.
Responsibilities
Your experience/knowledge:
- Provide technical support for the OT infrastructure.
- Coordinate IT/OT activities with multidisciplinary teams involved in changes and validations.
- Conduct technical investigations and propose solutions adapted to user needs.
- Prepare, write, review, and approve final technical documentation, including functional and design specifications.
- Participate in patching activities, system updates, and associated testing and validation controls.
- Contribute to audit support and compliance with GMP requirements.
- Training in industrial automation, IT/OT, or equivalent, with a CFC or ES Technician diploma desired.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or agri-food environment desired.
- Good knowledge of the GMP environment as well as change management and validation processes.
- Very good command of Microsoft tools and experience in patching, application updates, and associated tests.
- Knowledge of data management and OPC UA layers, with the ability to write functional and design specifications.
- Language skills: French: fluent, English: conversational
