Profile sought
You have proven experience in flow integration or support, in a banking or financial environment. You are proficient in scripting (PowerShell, shell, .bat) and scheduling (ideally Control-M, or AutoSys), and you know Informatica, Tibco, and the basics of networking. You are open to developing expertise in the application context, both technical and functional. Proactive, you have good analytical and synthesis skills, and you remain calm in incident situations.

- Monitor daily flows (emission and reception of files) exchanged with distributor and banking partners, and verify their proper integration into the information system.
- Automate and publish a synthetic weather report of the flow status each morning before 8:30 AM to initiate necessary recovery actions as early as possible.
- Declare and manage incidents, and continuously improve their detection and automatic processing with appropriate instructions.
- Manage recovery and escalations in case of missing or failed flows: relaunch chains, monitor until full integration.
- Contribute to the implementation of new flows and technical migrations with partners and outsourcing providers.
- Provide occasional support to users on authorizations.
