For Gasunie, Harvey Nash is looking for a Central Warehouse Employee.

We are open to one contract type for this assignment:

Employment - Classification according to the applicable collective labor agreement.

We are looking for a temporary employee to support the various processes within the Central Warehouse.

Salary from €40946 to €54333 gross per year (scale FG45), based on a full-time employment. In addition, you will receive a fixed 13th month (holiday pay) and 14th month.

Commuting costs €0.23 per km

A monthly home working allowance of €24.50 (net)

Number of hours requested: 32-40 hours per week (max 1840 hours per year/pro rata)

What will you do?

As an employee of the Central Warehouse, you are responsible for the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials. Upon arrival, you check if the materials meet the purchase order in terms of quantity and visual inspection. For returns, you assess whether the material meets the technical requirements. You place materials that meet the requirements in the correct location in the warehouse, either manually or with the help of a forklift or reach truck. Administratively, you will use SAP Material Management and SAP Warehouse Management.

You ensure that the received materials are stored properly, so they are ready for dispatch. For issuance, you pick the materials and prepare them for transport, including the correct (transport) documents. You also periodically perform stock checks in the Central Warehouse and in the standard warehouses elsewhere in the Netherlands.

Within the Procurement and Supply Chain department, you will work together in a friendly team with colleagues in the Central Warehouse. You will also collaborate extensively with colleagues working from Groningen. These include inventory managers, material planners, and demand planners. They also visit Deventer regularly, as we are jointly responsible for the entire logistics chain. Outside the department, you will have a lot of contact with procurement inspection, location assistants, and project leaders. Externally, you will mainly interact with transporters and service providers on location.

Your base is the Central Warehouse in Deventer, and for stock checks or meetings, you will occasionally be at other locations.

The supply chain team includes a team of material and demand planners, inventory management, and supply chain advisors.

• You have a forklift certificate and a VCA-VOL diploma, or you are willing to obtain them.
