Communication Advisor Long-Term Care

Project overview

You will support the communication surrounding the implementation of Mijn Zorgkantoor for clients in long-term care.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Contribute to a user-friendly and understandable digital environment for clients
• Prepare and execute communication regarding the implementation and go-live
• Coordinate with internal communication advisors about the digital environment and implementation
• Ensure a consistent customer experience in the chain
• Coordinate with chain and stakeholder parties regarding the development
• Working and thinking level at HBO/WO level
• Suitable educational background in communication or corporate communication
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a communication advisor within a large or complex organization
• Proven experience with complex implementation or change projects
• Experience with digital services, customer portals, or similar digital environments
• Experience with independently developing and executing communication plans
• Experience with writing and editing for diverse target groups and channels
• Experience in multidisciplinary project teams with multiple stakeholders
• Experience within long-term care, health insurance, care offices, Wlz or PGB is a plus
