Project overview

Self-employed possible, no secondment. Description Gasunie is building the national infrastructure for the transport of hydrogen. For the Waterstof Netwerk Nederland (WNL, also known as Hynetwork) project, we are looking for a Contract Manager. Within this project, pipelines for hydrogen will be laid in various regions, each with its own project management team. Within the (sub)project, you will be the point of contact for all contract management matters concerning environmental management, engineering, and construction. Activities:

• Drafting and executing the contract management plan and the risk management plan of the project.
• Drafting, negotiating, and executing further agreements within existing framework agreements.
• Monitoring compliance with contractual agreements, performing performance management, and representing Gasunie towards contract partners.
• Coordinating progress meetings and setting up and maintaining contract administration and progress reports.
• Assessing and handling contract changes and claims.
• Monitoring progress, quality, and safety of the execution and advising on procurement strategy.
• Recording knowledge and lessons learned and making improvement proposals for the contract management process. Requirements
• HBO/WO work and thinking level.
• 5 to 10 years of experience with multidisciplinary integrated contracts (UAV 2012, UAV-GC and/or construction teams).
• Experience with drafting integrated contracts and tender documents.
• Knowledge of current tendering laws and regulations in the public sector.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language. Wishes
