- Finalize, establish, and coordinate the execution agenda of the Housing and Care Vision
- Establish a sustainable governance structure for collaboration in the areas of housing, care, and welfare
- Promote mutual coordination between the physical and social domains within the municipality
- Initiate, coordinate, and guide projects from the execution agenda
- Develop and anchor knowledge, working methods, and cooperation agreements within the organization and the network
- Completed education at a higher professional (hbo) or university (wo) level
- Extensive experience with complex administrative or societal issues
- Experience within project or program management
- Interest in the topics of housing, care, and welfare
- Experience operating within networks and partnerships
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Insight into administrative relationships and political sensitivity
