Employability Coach (secondment)

Project overview

The employability coach supports complex absence cases within the IND.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Guiding and advising line managers and M&O advisors on long-term absence files
• Analyzing complex cases and specifying the steps to be taken for the manager
• Advising on the use of appropriate expertise for recovery and return to work
• Collaborating with internal and external absence experts such as UWV and second-track agencies
• Participating in absence consultations and coordinating with M&O and reintegration advisors
• Coaching and guiding employees in their reintegration process
• Identifying structural bottlenecks and proposing improvements
• Increasing the knowledge and skills of line management in the area of the "Wet verbetering Poortwachter" (Sickness Benefits Act improvement)
• Completed Bachelor's degree in HR and/or business administration
• Completed CROV training (absence case manager/management of absence)
• Approximately 5 years of work experience as an absence and/or employability coach (preferred)
• Approximately 5 years of work experience within the public sector (preferred)
