Project overview
The employability coach supports complex absence cases within the IND.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Guiding and advising line managers and M&O advisors on long-term absence files
- Analyzing complex cases and specifying the steps to be taken for the manager
- Advising on the use of appropriate expertise for recovery and return to work
- Collaborating with internal and external absence experts such as UWV and second-track agencies
- Participating in absence consultations and coordinating with M&O and reintegration advisors
- Coaching and guiding employees in their reintegration process
- Identifying structural bottlenecks and proposing improvements
- Increasing the knowledge and skills of line management in the area of the "Wet verbetering Poortwachter" (Sickness Benefits Act improvement)
- Completed Bachelor's degree in HR and/or business administration
- Completed CROV training (absence case manager/management of absence)
- Approximately 5 years of work experience as an absence and/or employability coach (preferred)
- Approximately 5 years of work experience within the public sector (preferred)
