Freelance Agile Transformation Consultant / Scrum Master

Project overview

The goal is to guide an Agile transformation process within the GIS team.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyze the existing Agile methodology and develop and implement an improvement plan for Agile maturity
• Establish a sustainable process for sprint planning, rituals, and control so the team can continue to work independently and multidisciplinarily
• Increase Agile/Scrum knowledge within the team and remove impediments to collaboration
• Deliver an optimized Scrum structure with associated rituals
• Guide and facilitate Scrum events during the transformation process
• Prepare an evaluation report on the progress of self-organization and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an independently working Agile Coach or Scrum Master within complex organizations
• PSM I certification, PSM II is a plus
• Demonstrable experience with scaling frameworks such as SAFe
• Experience in guiding workshops, change processes, and evaluations
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a pragmatic, decisive approach
• Working and thinking level at HBO Bachelor's level
