Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Advising managers on complex personnel issues
- Translating laws and regulations, policy, and collective labor agreement provisions into workable solutions
- Supporting managers, teams, and employees within various NS divisions
- Guiding performance and consequence management
- Advising on absence and reintegration
- Handling labor law issues
- Guiding labor relations during organizational changes and personnel consequences
- Identifying risks and independently handling complex cases
- Demonstrable experience with complex HR cases and labor law issues
- Excellent oral and written command of the Dutch language
- Thorough knowledge of labor law, the application of collective labor agreements, absence policy, and performance management
- Strong discussion partner for managers at various levels
- Available from December 2026
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in HRM or Labor Law
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organization with at least 3000 workplaces
