HR Consultant (interim)

Project overview

As an HR Consultant, you are a sparring partner for managers and a point of contact for employees within the A2 collaboration.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Advising managers on various personnel issues
• Preparing personnel changes
• Supporting issues related to recruitment and selection
• Informing employees about regulations, procedures, and employment conditions
• Managing inflow, internal mobility, and outflow together with the HR desk
• Monitoring correct absence administration
• Providing management information
• Identifying bottlenecks in HR processes and implementing quality improvements
• HBO work and thinking level, obtained through HRM or Personnel & Labor training and/or relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Consultant or in a comparable role, preferably within a political-administrative environment
• Thorough knowledge of labor law and personnel policy
• Excellent advisory and communication skills
• Accessible, customer-oriented attitude with an understanding of organizational dynamics
• Ability to collaborate in situations where not everything is immediately clear
• Connecting style of collaboration
• Flexibility to quickly switch between diverse situations and parties
• Reflective ability on own activities, approach, and behavior
