Project overview

You are the first point of contact for customers regarding repairs and maintenance.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Act as the first point of contact for both private and professional customers
• Advise on repairs, maintenance, and additional services
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Identify commercial opportunities and leverage cross-selling and up-selling possibilities
• Manage your own customer portfolio and build sustainable customer relationships
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams for project realization
• Monitor the progress of open quotations and ongoing cases
• Maintain customer information in the CRM system
• Support the commercial development of the department
• Initial experience in inside sales, customer service, or a commercial inside sales function
• Strong commercial mindset and enjoyment of customer contact
• Interest in a technical environment or technical products
• Smooth and professional communication at various levels
• Results-oriented and goal-driven attitude
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases
• Accurate and administratively strong working method
• Excellent command of Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus
