Inspirational Speaker - AI, Development & Future Leadership

Project overview

We are looking for a Speaker in generative AI for managers and leaders.

Background:

Innovation Skåne is conducting an AI training initiative aimed at managers and leaders in Skåne. The purpose is to strengthen the target audience's understanding of AI's opportunities and challenges and to inspire how the technology can be used to develop their own businesses.

As part of the training, Innovation Skåne is seeking an experienced speaker who can provide an inspiring and forward-looking perspective on AI development, with a particular focus on its importance for organizations, business development, and leadership.

Assignment:

The consultant shall plan and conduct an inspirational presentation of approximately 1-2 hours focusing on generative AI for about 25 people.

The presentation should provide participants with a current and accessible understanding of developments in generative AI and how the technology impacts organizations, ways of working, and leadership. The content should combine an overall understanding with concrete examples of how generative AI can be used to create value and develop businesses.

The speaker is expected to be able to place the developments in generative AI within a broader strategic and business context and to convey complex technical issues in an engaging, inspiring, and pedagogical manner.

The final content and structure will be planned in dialogue with Innovation Skåne.

Target audience for the assignment: Leaders and managers in Skåne

Expected outcome of the delivery: A well-executed and inspiring presentation that strengthens participants' understanding of generative AI, provides a current overview of developments, and creates understanding of how the technology can be used and create value in their own businesses.

Location of execution: Physically on-site in Malmö.

Scope:

The assignment includes planning and preparation as well as the execution of a physical inspirational presentation of approximately 1-2 hours on one occasion. The presentation is planned to take place on December 15, 2026, in Malmö.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Current competence in generative AI.
• Experience lecturing on generative AI.
• Experience lecturing to managers and leaders.
• Very good pedagogical and communication skills.
• Experience in strategic leadership or business management.
• Experience in entrepreneurship and innovation.
• Experience in practical application of generative AI.
• Experience with AI from both a technical and business perspective.
• Broad experience as a speaker in AI and technology development

Option for extension: Option to extend the contract period of the assignment if the planned presentation date needs to be postponed. The option does not involve an extension of the assignment's scope but only concerns the possibility of conducting the presentation at a later date. The option is exercised under the same prevailing conditions.

Remuneration: Fixed price 100% upon completion. No compensation is paid for travel, travel time, or other expenses.
