Interim Financial Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)

Project overview

Provide support during the testing phase of an ERP implementation within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Execute and guide financial tests within D365 F&O
• Review financial processes at general ledger level, including accounts payable and receivable administration
• Execute existing test scenarios and analyze the results
• Identify, analyze, and resolve deviations in financial issues
• Support the internal Finance team with substantive questions regarding the new ERP environment
• Consult with the central Solution Team on results and necessary adjustments
• Monitor the progress of testing activities to prevent delays
• Assist in the preparation for go-live and timely identification of risks
• Provide support for startup issues after go-live
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Economics
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience with ERP implementations and extensive testing processes
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and general ledger administration
• Experience in analyzing and resolving financial deviations
• Ability to work independently within an existing organization
• Strong communication skills towards various stakeholders
• Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented attitude
• Experience in a comparable sector, such as intralogistics, material handling, technical services, or a manufacturing environment, is recommended
