Test Lead / UAT Manager

Project overview

The assignment concerns the organization and guidance of acceptance tests within a large-scale implementation of a new business application.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Setting up and maintaining a test strategy, test plan, and acceptance approach
• Structuring and executing a structured UAT process
• Guiding workshops to test requirements, processes, and test scenarios
• Monitoring quality, progress, and timely completion of test activities
• Ensuring test preparation, such as test environments, test data, and user manuals
• Coordinating defect handling and following up on findings with stakeholders
• Preparing clear reports on progress, risks, and acceptance criteria
• Advising on release and acceptance decisions based on test results
• Experience with test management, implementation projects, or business change projects
• Demonstrable involvement in ERP, data, or application implementations
• Experience with coordinating acceptance tests and validations from the business
• Knowledge of data migrations and validating datasets
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and multidisciplinary project environments
• Experience with stakeholder management at various levels
• Excellent command of the Dutch language
