This is a freelance mission, representing approximately 50 to 100 days of intervention per year, mainly during periods when our teams need reinforcement.

• Answering calls and assisting users.
• Diagnosing and resolving Level 1 incidents on Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Intervening remotely to assist users.
• Escalating complex incidents to Level 2 support.
• Ensuring ticket follow-up and closure.

• Bac +2 degree in IT or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk.
• Good command of Windows environments, workstations, and Microsoft 365.
• Service-oriented, responsive, and able to work in a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication with users.
