Junior Land Economist (secondment)

Project overview

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Support the preparation, updating, and management of land development projects
• Collect and analyze financial data for area developments
• Contribute to financial feasibility analyses
• Participate in cost recovery for private initiatives
• Assist with subsidy applications and accountability
• Prepare memos, notes, and project reports
• Keep policy documents such as the Land Policy Memorandum, Cost Recovery Memorandum, and Land Price Memorandum up-to-date
• Participate in project groups
• Attend meetings with developers and other stakeholders under supervision
• Completed education in spatial planning, spatial development, real estate, economics, public administration, or similar, at least at HBO bachelor level
• Proven practical experience in spatial development and/or land economics
• Availability for at least 32 hours per week, by December 1, 2026 at the latest
• Affinity with area development
