Support the preparation, updating, and management of land development projects, including financial data analysis and feasibility studies.
Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Support the preparation, updating, and management of land development projects
- Collect and analyze financial data for area developments
- Contribute to financial feasibility analyses
- Participate in cost recovery for private initiatives
- Assist with subsidy applications and accountability
- Prepare memos, notes, and project reports
- Keep policy documents such as the Land Policy Memorandum, Cost Recovery Memorandum, and Land Price Memorandum up-to-date
- Participate in project groups
- Attend meetings with developers and other stakeholders under supervision
- Completed education in spatial planning, spatial development, real estate, economics, public administration, or similar, at least at HBO bachelor level
- Proven practical experience in spatial development and/or land economics
- Availability for at least 32 hours per week, by December 1, 2026 at the latest
- Affinity with area development
