Legal Counsel with focus on Compliance – Interim

Sharp Recruitment & Consultants is seeking an experienced Interim Legal Counsel / Compliance Counsel for a consulting assignment with a company in Stockholm.

The assignment primarily focuses on Corporate Compliance, but the role is broad and business-oriented. We are looking for someone who is confident in independently handling compliance issues but also is unpretentious and prepared to support the business in other legal matters as needed.

In the role, you will work with, among other things:

The role suits you who thrive in a smaller organization where Legal works broadly and closely with the business. You do not need to be a specialist in all areas, but you should be confident in compliance and have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new legal issues.

We are looking for you who:

Experience in competition law, cybersecurity regulation, sustainability issues, commercial agreements, or transaction-related legal work is a merit.

• have very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Scope: approximately 50–100 %
