Maintenance & Reliability Engineer Real Estate (interim)

Project overview

You develop and optimize maintenance strategies for a broad real estate portfolio with buildings, stations, and stops.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop and update maintenance concepts and Multi-Year Maintenance Plans (MJOP)
• Perform risk analyses such as FMECA, RCM, and RCA for failures and failure mechanisms
• Translate lifecycle costs into investment and replacement scenarios
• Monitor asset performance and establish KPIs and management information
• Analyze maintenance and failure data in maintenance management systems such as IBM Maximo
• Advise on replacement, investment, and contracting issues
• Support project teams in the handover to management
• Bachelor's or Master's work and thinking level
• Technical educational background, such as Asset Management, Maintenance Management, Technical Business Administration, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance engineering, asset management, maintenance management, or real estate management
• Familiarity with FMECA, RCM, and RCA
• Experience in developing maintenance concepts and MJOPs
• Experience with lifecycle costing
• Experience with asset management processes
• Good command of the Dutch language
