Develop and optimize maintenance strategies for a broad real estate portfolio including buildings, stations, and stops. Analyze maintenance and failure data, advise on replacement and investment issues, and support project teams.

You develop and optimize maintenance strategies for a broad real estate portfolio with buildings, stations, and stops.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Develop and update maintenance concepts and Multi-Year Maintenance Plans (MJOP)
- Perform risk analyses such as FMECA, RCM, and RCA for failures and failure mechanisms
- Translate lifecycle costs into investment and replacement scenarios
- Monitor asset performance and establish KPIs and management information
- Analyze maintenance and failure data in maintenance management systems such as IBM Maximo
- Advise on replacement, investment, and contracting issues
- Support project teams in the handover to management
- Bachelor's or Master's work and thinking level
- Technical educational background, such as Asset Management, Maintenance Management, Technical Business Administration, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance engineering, asset management, maintenance management, or real estate management
- Familiarity with FMECA, RCM, and RCA
- Experience in developing maintenance concepts and MJOPs
- Experience with lifecycle costing
- Experience with asset management processes
- Good command of the Dutch language
