Project overview
Interim Omnichannel Consultant – Pharma/Healthcare
The Opportunity
A 12-month interim contract with a lucrative day rate.
Hybrid working: two days on-site, three days remote.
You'll shape the omnichannel target picture for a global healthcare and pharmaceutical business, working directly with Marketing Excellence, Commercial Ecosystem & Enablement, and Digital teams.
The split is roughly 70% business, 30% technical. Expect stakeholders, not just tools.
The Role
Build a shared understanding of where omnichannel needs to go, across teams who don't currently see it the same way.
Define the target state, map maturity stages, and set a pragmatic roadmap.
Assess capabilities and MarTech maturity across HCP engagement, HCP portals, eCommerce, CRM, marketing automation, analytics and digital content.
Then identify and deliver a pilot that proves the value, and capture what's needed to scale it.

Our client is a global healthcare and pharmaceutical business accelerating its omnichannel journey. The mandate has senior sponsorship and cross-functional reach, giving you real scope to shape direction rather than just execute a plan.

- 10+ years in consulting, digital transformation, commercial excellence or omnichannel strategy
- Experience defining omnichannel strategy within pharma, healthcare, medtech or another regulated industry
- Strong CRM and MarTech ecosystem expertise
- Proven programme or project leadership
- A track record of senior stakeholder management across functions
- Fluent English; German is a plus
