As an Operations Analyst, you will ensure the optimal execution of business Batch processes, supervise daily operations, and handle incidents.
Project overview
Integrated into the operations center, you will ensure the optimal execution of business Batch processes:
Supervise daily operations chains and correct production failures.
Integrate and schedule new Batch processes in compliance with operational standards.
Intervene on N2/N3 incidents to minimize impacts on the availability of business data.
Propose optimizations on existing scripts and operational instructions.
Work environment
IT operations center for property and casualty insurance.
Remote work: 2 days per week allowed.
Equipment: PC provided by the client.
Profile sought
Independent operations analyst, responsive and accustomed to IT production constraints in a property and casualty insurance environment.
Solid experience in Batch chain operations and scheduling.
Experience with reference schedulers (Control-M, Dollar Universe, or similar).
Skills in Linux/Unix environment and scripting language (Shell).
