Hello,

We are looking for a freelance L2 IT support technician to provide monthly on-site intervention and comprehensive support to our users.

Your main missions:

Incident management and user troubleshooting (workstation, peripherals, network).

Proximity support (on-site) and daily request handling.

IMAC services: installations, moves, additions, changes, decommissioning of equipment.

Coordination and monitoring of operations (planning, hardware, closure).

Smart Hands Support:

On-site diagnostics, infrastructure deployment assistance, hardware replacement, escalation and communication procedure monitoring.

Coordination with OEMs for repairs.

Support for virtualized environments.

Profile sought:

Experience in proximity support / L2 technician.

Autonomy, reliability, good communication.

Ability to work alone on-site and represent IT support to users.
