Project overview

Temporary takeover of ongoing real estate projects within the Project Control team.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Monitoring of project budgets and associated forecasts
• Clearly identifying financial deviations and risks
• Advising project managers on financial control
• Recording and aligning findings and points of attention with colleagues
• Possibly supporting the implementation and application of the new investment model and policy value
• Handing over project files, current financial insights, and outstanding actions upon completion of the assignment
• Demonstrable experience as a project controller for real estate projects, independently responsible for budget monitoring, forecasts, and risk analyses
• Background within housing associations, with knowledge of the financial assessment of new construction and renovation projects
• Experience in advising project managers and translating financial analyses into points of attention for decision-making
• Strong Excel skills, supplemented by experience in financial systems and project administration
• Knowledge of investment models and policy value, preferably with implementation experience within a housing association (plus)
