The assignment involves setting up and guiding pilots around the Dezi system in healthcare.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Setting up and guiding pilots at healthcare institutions in preparation for the national implementation of the Dezi system
• Developing blueprints and best practices per healthcare sector in collaboration with ICT suppliers
• Coordinating a joint planning and connection calendar
• Providing input for the deployment of incentive funds
• Transferring results to adjacent programs
• WO work and thinking level
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program and/or project management in ICT implementations or digital change processes
• Minimum 5 years of experience within national or organization-wide implementation programs, preferably in a public or regulated environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing pilots or test gardens
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to connect diverse stakeholders, such as user organizations, suppliers, and chain and sector parties
