Project overview

The assignment focuses on further developing the municipal subsidy policy.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop renewed subsidy policy, including an updated General Subsidy Ordinance
• Elaborate the policy into a subsidy scheme after administrative decision-making
• Translate the new principles into practical execution
• Prepare internal colleagues for the upcoming changes
• Inform involved organizations about the new working method
• Investigate the current setup of the General Subsidy Scheme and its suitability
• Advise on a future-proof design of the subsidy scheme
• Minimum 2 years of work experience with developing, updating, and/or implementing subsidy policy
• HBO Bachelor's degree or higher as completed education
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience with setting up and adjusting municipal subsidy policy in multiple municipalities
• Experience with setting up and executing process improvement projects in the field of municipal subsidies
• Experience in advising management, policy advisors, and/or the executive board of a municipal organization
• Willingness to be physically present at the town hall at least one day per week
