Develop and implement updated municipal subsidy policy, including a new general subsidy ordinance and practical execution guidelines.
Project overview
The assignment focuses on further developing the municipal subsidy policy.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Develop renewed subsidy policy, including an updated General Subsidy Ordinance
- Elaborate the policy into a subsidy scheme after administrative decision-making
- Translate the new principles into practical execution
- Prepare internal colleagues for the upcoming changes
- Inform involved organizations about the new working method
- Investigate the current setup of the General Subsidy Scheme and its suitability
- Advise on a future-proof design of the subsidy scheme
- Minimum 2 years of work experience with developing, updating, and/or implementing subsidy policy
- HBO Bachelor's degree or higher as completed education
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience with setting up and adjusting municipal subsidy policy in multiple municipalities
- Experience with setting up and executing process improvement projects in the field of municipal subsidies
- Experience in advising management, policy advisors, and/or the executive board of a municipal organization
- Willingness to be physically present at the town hall at least one day per week
