Project overview

The assignment involves creating and managing integrated project schedules for complex, technical projects.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Creating integrated project schedules for complex projects with multiple clients and intertwined sub-projects
• Maintaining schedules and monitoring progress
• Mapping required activities, capacity, resources, dependencies, and critical paths for time and costs
• Aligning the schedule with sub-schedules of subcontractors and other involved parties
• Adjusting the schedule in case of changing objectives or disruptions
• Organizing progress meetings and adjusting project activities
• Monitoring the critical path together with involved officials
• Identifying and anticipating risks to prevent disruptions
• Reporting on progress and potential time risks
• Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years as a Project Planner within a technical environment focusing on long-term projects
• Additional experience with project planning in a maritime setting is recommended
• Training at the level of Primavera P6 Professional or equivalent
• VCA-VOL certificate at the start of the work
• Project management diploma, at least at IPMA-D level or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• At least 2 years of experience with SAP within the last 10 years
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
• Dutch nationality and willingness to apply for a Certificate of No Objection (VGB-MIVD)
