Proximity Technician – Angoulême (M/F)
As part of a mission for our client, we are looking for a Proximity Technician to work on the Angoulême site, three days a week: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

Profile sought
You have successful prior experience in IT support / proximity and are comfortable in a user environment.
You are recognized for your sense of service, your autonomy, your responsiveness, and your good interpersonal skills.
📍 Location: Angoulême
📅 Presence: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday – 3 days/week
🚀 Start: as soon as possible
- Provide on-site IT support to users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations and peripherals
- Handle user requests and ensure their follow-up
- Manage interventions on IT equipment
- Escalate incidents if necessary to the relevant teams
- Ensure good quality of service and support users daily
