Project overview
As a rule analyst, you will convert legal regulations into applicable rules within the Digital System Environmental Law.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Assessing existing regulations for contradictions and ambiguities
- Translating legal provisions into clear questions, rules, and decision trees
- Coordinating with specialists in policy, law, permitting, and ICT
- Setting up and improving processes for formulating applicable rules
- Promoting uniformity and quality in the management and further development of the Environmental Plan
- Completed higher professional education (HBO), for example in spatial planning or administrative law
- Experience with the Environmental Law and the Digital System Environmental Law (DSO)
- Knowledge of the Environmental Plan and spatial regulations
- Recent experience at a municipality or municipal organization
