SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant / REMOTE

Project overview

We are currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant

Core need: Someone who can independently consult, design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Time Off, and Employee Central solutions end-to-end — from requirements gathering and workshops through configuration, testing (unit/integration/UAT), data migration, go-live, and hypercare.

Must-haves:

Nice-to-haves: SAP HCM Time Management or other WFM knowledge, international project experience, SF certification (EC and/or Time Management).

• Proven end-to-end SF Time Off & Time Tracking implementation experience
• Strong expertise in Business Rules and MDF objects
• Consulting/communication skills, analytical mindset, customer focus
• Fluent English (German a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
