You are joining a major player committed to transforming its cybersecurity measures in the face of new threats from generative artificial intelligence and automated attacks. As part of a strategic program dedicated to anticipating, modeling, and neutralizing emerging cyber risks, the organization is strengthening its teams with a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager.

At the heart of an agile environment, composed of Product, Platform, and Cybersecurity teams, you will ensure the link between strategic cybersecurity directions and their operational implementation. You will support various stakeholders in deploying new protection measures, managing risks, and fostering understanding of tomorrow's cyber challenges.

Your missions will include:

Cybersecurity: secure architectures, vulnerability analysis, kill chain, DevSecOps, risk management.

Methodologies: Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban, V-Cycle.

Environments: Product & Platform teams, complex matrix organizations, high-visibility cyber transformation.

Complementary Expertise: Generative AI, offensive AI, prompt injection, model poisoning, securing data ingestion flows.

• Analyzing the strategic directions of the cybersecurity program and translating them into operational requirements for technical teams.
• Leading needs gathering workshops with security architects, Product Owners, and Tech Leads.
• Formalizing scoping documents, intervention perimeters, success criteria, and action plans.
• Coordinating the activities of Product and Platform teams responsible for deploying protection solutions.
• Structuring and managing schedules, inter-team dependencies, and associated workloads.
• Leading various follow-up meetings: stand-ups, steering committees, and cross-functional synchronization points.
• Ensuring the follow-up of delivery commitments, quality, and deadline adherence.
• Identifying risks, blockers, and potential deviations, then coordinating remediation plans.
• Designing and disseminating communication materials, guides, and cybersecurity awareness kits.
• Producing monitoring dashboards, KPIs, and reports for governance bodies.
• At least 4 years of confirmed experience in managing cybersecurity projects or critical technological transformation programs.
• Solid cybersecurity culture enabling discussions with security, development, and infrastructure experts.
• Good command of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and V-Cycle methodologies.
• Knowledge of issues related to generative AI and new cyber threats would be a significant asset.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects involving numerous stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, teaching, and facilitation skills.
• Autonomy, proactivity, rigor, and the ability to manage complex situations with discernment.
• Step 1: Initial phone call with a recruiter from the Group.
