Assignment Description

For the IT unit, we are now looking for a senior fullstack developer with solid experience in developing and designing robust and scalable solutions for an application containing large and complex forms and maps. The offered consultant should have a holistic perspective and be accustomed to working in a structured manner and realizing solutions with a manageable architecture.

Personal qualities:

An interview will be held with the offered consultant, with the bidder who is best positioned for award.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience from the public sector from at least 3 previous assignments.

Option: 3x12 months

• Minimum competence level 4 (9-12 years)
• Minimum competence level 4 in Angular.
• Minimum 8 years of experience building complex SPA solutions with the Angular framework.
• Minimum 6 years of experience developing SPA solutions in Angular that meet WCAG 2.1 requirements for digital accessibility.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Angular version 20 or higher.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with Angular Material as UI components.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with NgRx together with Angular.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with CLI together with Angular.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with SCSS.
• Minimum 10 years of experience working with SQL Server.
• Experience with EF and Code First together with SQL Server.
• Experience with API development in .NET Core and/or .NET 6/10 with C#
• Experience with Git and Gitflow.
• Experience with Azure DevOps including release pipelines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with end-to-end tests with Cypress or Playwright.
• Minimum 1 year of experience building login solutions against providers within the Authorization System.
• Experience working with an Identity Provider.
• You must have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience with test-driven development.
• Experience with GIS development using Esri JavaScript API against ArcGIS Server.
• Experience with real-time communication with SignalR.
