Senior Product Manager – Intelligent CRM & Client Centricity (AI / Data / CRM)

Detailed description of the need

As part of an ambitious digital transformation program, a major financial services player is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a squad dedicated to the intelligent evolution of its CRM and the strengthening of client knowledge.

The CRM platform, developed entirely in-house, is used by over 1,200 employees across 7 business lines. It is a strategic tool for customer relations, business development, and collaboration between the group's various activities.

The organization is moving towards autonomous multidisciplinary squads, integrating new artificial intelligence capabilities and business value-oriented Product Management approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop an intelligent CRM using AI and Data
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases with high added value for sales teams and Relationship Managers.
• Transform meeting reports, activity reports, and transcriptions into structured and usable CRM data.
• Develop advanced targeting, segmentation, and recommendation features using Snowflake and artificial intelligence.
• Improve user proactivity and productivity through intelligent features.
• Build a group-wide 360 Customer vision
• Develop a consolidated view of customer interactions and relationships across different business lines.
• Identify opportunities for commercial synergies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Promote better use of customer data to improve the relevance of commercial actions and service quality.
• Lead the squad and product delivery
• Translate the roadmap defined by the Product Owner into operational delivery plans.
• Coordinate Business Analysts, developers, QA, UX/UI Designers, and Data experts.
• Lead Product Discovery, Design Thinking, and prototyping phases.
• Define MVPs and ensure iterative delivery.
• Manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and performance indicators.
• Support adoption and measure value
• Define adoption, productivity, and business value KPIs.
• Organize user feedback and feed the continuous improvement backlog.
• Contribute to communication and training plans during production releases.
