Site Manager - Major Infrastructure Project

Project overview

We are currently looking to speak with experienced Site Managers for a major transportation infrastructure project in the Stockholm region.

The project involves complex civil engineering works including roadworks, bridge construction, earthworks, utilities diversions, drainage, concrete structures, and associated infrastructure packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on site
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and on programme
• Oversee site logistics and construction sequencing
• Monitor progress, quality, and project milestones
• Ensure compliance with HSE and project standards
• Liaise with project, engineering, and commercial teams

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects
• Background in rail, highways, bridges, tunnels, utilities, or transportation infrastructure
• Strong subcontractor management and site coordination skills
• Good understanding of construction methodologies and HSE requirements
• Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor would be advantageous
