Project overview
We are currently looking to speak with experienced Site Managers for a major transportation infrastructure project in the Stockholm region.
The project involves complex civil engineering works including roadworks, bridge construction, earthworks, utilities diversions, drainage, concrete structures, and associated infrastructure packages.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities on site
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and on programme
- Oversee site logistics and construction sequencing
- Monitor progress, quality, and project milestones
- Ensure compliance with HSE and project standards
- Liaise with project, engineering, and commercial teams
Requirements

- Previous experience as a Site Manager on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects
- Background in rail, highways, bridges, tunnels, utilities, or transportation infrastructure
- Strong subcontractor management and site coordination skills
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and HSE requirements
- Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor would be advantageous
