Project overview

Temporary responsibility for the communication regarding the portfolios Social Minimum, Chronically Ill & Elderly and Working Netherlands, with a focus on the completion of the year-end campaign and the translation into year-round communication.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Guiding the final part of the year-end campaign 2026
• Following up on results and adjusting in a timely manner where necessary
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and collaboration partners
• Coordinating communication tools and content
• Evaluating campaign and communication results and translating lessons learned into the approach for 2027
• Developing and executing target group-specific communication plans throughout the year
• Maintaining contacts with municipalities, employers, member associations, and patient organizations
• Guiding internal stakeholders on issues related to target group communication and content
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and communication processes
• Experience with communication focused on target groups and associated campaigns
• Experience gained in a complex environment with diverse stakeholders
• Strong skills in project management and execution
• Independent, proactive, and organizationally sensitive attitude
• Affinity with themes such as healthcare, health, and societal issues
• Affinity with vulnerable target groups and vitality in the workplace
• Experience collaborating with municipalities, employers, member organizations, or societal partners is recommended
