Team Manager Advisory Information Provision

Project overview

The team manager leads the Advisory Information Provision (AIV) team and contributes to policy objectives regarding information management.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Managing the AIV team and ensuring the stated objectives are met
• Advising stakeholders at a tactical-strategic level on processes related to information management
• Guiding implementation projects for connection to DigiJust and new information provision functionalities such as DMS, RMA, e-depot CDD, document generator, digital meetings, search functionality, and scanning software
• Conducting periodic meetings and development discussions with employees
• Focusing on results, work agreements, and further development of the team
• Improving the quality of training, advice, and archive management
• Advising management, departments, and client organizations on information management and supporting applications
• Participating in management team meetings, internal and external consultations, and advisory bodies such as the CIO council
• University (WO) work and thinking level
• Broad knowledge of and experience with information management and associated information provision applications
• Years of experience in leading and guiding highly educated information management professionals
• Knowledge of and experience with improving processes and services, including advising on them
• Knowledge and experience with the workings of the Archives Act
