We are looking for a freelance Commissioning Tester for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and inverters, responsible for technical support and monitoring during the commissioning phase across Germany.
Responsibilities
+ Technical support and monitoring of the commissioning of BESS systems and inverters
+ Testing and supervision of the commissioning work carried out by the manufacturers
+ Testing or supervision of:
+ Technical coordination with the involved manufacturers and project partners
+ Identification and documentation of deviations, errors, and open points
+ Documentation of test results and commissioning progress

Requirements
+ Completed degree or technical training in electrical engineering, energy technology, automation technology, or comparable
+ Experience in commissioning of electrical energy systems
+ Good technical understanding of central inverters (2-6MW) and optionally BESS containers
+ Experience with central inverters in the power range of approx. 2–6 MW
+ Ability to technically assess and control the work and commissioning steps of manufacturers
+ Willingness for Germany-wide travel and multi-week on-site assignments
