Project overview

Do you keep an eye on technical contexts, deadlines, and open issues? For a demanding technical project in Karlsruhe, we are looking for you as a client representative.

You will accompany planning and execution, coordinate the involved specialist areas, and support project management in technical and organizational decisions.

Responsibilities

Your qualifications

• Review of planning and assembly documents for compliance with technical specifications in the fields of energy technology, EMSR, communication, and control technology
• Technical clarification and coordination of the companies involved, monitoring of production, assembly, and commissioning
• Participation in the assessment of defects, notices of concerns and hindrances, as well as coordination of project changes
• Organization and moderation of project meetings, project goals and approvals, as well as logging and follow-up of open points
• Creation and updating of schedule plans as well as checking construction management schedule plans and evaluating project progress
• Technical degree or training with further education as a technician or master craftsman in electrical, energy, or plant engineering
• Experience in technical project processing, project coordination, or client representation, experience with projects in the public sector is an advantage
• Cross-trade technical understanding and experience in reviewing technical documents
• Knowledge of schedule planning, progress assessment, and change tracking
• Structured way of working, confident demeanor, and assertive communication
• German language skills at least at C1 level, both spoken and written
