Seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager for a 9-month freelance role to manage the transition phase of an SAP transformation program. The role involves detailed planning, coordination, risk management, and execution of cutover activities across multiple international locations.

- Creation and maintenance of detailed cutover plans with milestones, dependencies, checkpoints, and implementation schedules.
- Ensuring alignment between business departments, IT, implementation partners, and local teams.
- Critically questioning assumptions and proactively identifying potential risks during implementation.
- Planning and execution of cutover rehearsals, test cutovers, and dress rehearsals.
- Active participation in the Cutover Command Center during the implementation and go-live phases.
- Monitoring cutover progress and regular status reporting at various levels, including program management.
- Presenting cutover status, risks, and recommended actions to program managers, program leads, and other relevant stakeholders.

- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as an SAP Cutover Manager in SAP transformation programs, ERP implementations, or extensive business transformations.
- Proven experience in managing SAP cutover activities in at least one full SAP implementation project.
- Sound understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes and deployment methodologies.
- Experience in creating and implementing detailed cutover plans and go-live strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills at management, business, and IT levels.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence (or comparable tools) for task management and team collaboration.
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to the Liebherr sites in Niederhergheim (France) and Oberopfingen (Germany) to support project rollouts.
