Context: Internal support and maintenance (TMA) on a D365 F&O and AX2012 environment with many specificities and interfaces.

Responsibilities
Provide Level 1/Level 2 functional support
Analyze and resolve tickets on D365 F&O and AX2012
Support key users
Perform configuration and anomaly analysis
Work within an environment rich in specificities and interfaces
Essential skills:
✅ Very good functional knowledge of D365 F&O (Finance or Supply Chain)
✅ Knowledge of AX2012
✅ Experience in application support / TMA (ticket management, L1/L2)
✅ Analytical and anomaly resolution skills
✅ Ease in supporting key users
✅ Autonomy and pragmatism
