2 Schedulers – Assignment in England

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for two experienced schedulers to support a project with regular assignments in England. The focus is on creating, maintaining, and monitoring robust project schedules, tracking milestones and project progress, as well as early identification of schedule deviations. The schedulers will work closely with project management and the involved departments, support the derivation of suitable measures, and ensure regular, transparent project status reporting.

Candidates with sound experience in scheduling and project management, as well as proficient use of professional planning tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, are sought. Good English skills and the willingness for regular travel to England are prerequisites.

• Creation, maintenance, and continuous monitoring of project schedules
• Monitoring and tracking of milestones and project progress
• Coordination of the schedule with project management and involved departments
• Early identification and analysis of schedule deviations
• Support in planning and tracking of suitable countermeasures
• Regular reporting on the current project status
• Sound experience in scheduling and project management
• Proficient use of common professional planning tools, especially Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Experience in creating, maintaining, and monitoring complex project schedules
• Good English skills for collaboration in an international project environment
