Seeking an experienced professional for the independent management and administration of an autonomous pension fund, handling all aspects of occupational benefits (2nd pillar).
Responsibilities
For our clients, we are looking for an experienced professional for the independent management and administration of an autonomous pension fund.
- Independent management and support of a large autonomous pension fund
- Processing of all business cases in occupational benefits (2nd pillar)
- Management of entries and exits, salary changes, purchases, VET withdrawals, divorces, retirements, and death and disability cases
- Performing benefit and contribution calculations
- Pension management and contribution collection
- Contact person for insured persons as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Participation in projects and technical working groups
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship
- Several years of experience in occupational benefits (2nd pillar)
- Sound experience in managing autonomous pension funds
- Experience in the independent management of complex pension fund mandates
- Very good knowledge of technical insurance and administrative management
- Independent, precise, and customer-oriented way of working
- German and French fluent in spoken and written
- Certificate in Pension Fund Management or comparable further education (advantageous)
- Workload: 100%
