26304 - Senior Fullstack Java / Angular Developer – Banking & Payment Transactions

Responsibilities

For our client in the banking industry, we are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Java / Angular Developer for the further development and support of business-critical applications in payment transactions.

You will work in an agile Scrum team and support the development, operation, and continuous optimization of applications in the environment of SWIFT, EBICS, and MBCLT.

• Independent implementation of features and user stories within a Scrum team
• Analysis and technical conception of banking-specific requirements
• Development and further development of backend components with Java and Spring
• Development of frontend components with Angular
• Work with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL
• Close collaboration with business departments to clarify and implement requirements
• Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of the developed solutions
• Participation in projects related to SWIFT and EBICS in payment transactions
• Taking over 2nd-level support and incident management during agreed working hours

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Senior Software Developer with Java and Spring
• Sound experience in frontend development with Angular
• Very good knowledge of SQL as well as Oracle and PostgreSQL
• Experience with agile development methods, especially Scrum
• Ability to independently analyze and technically implement complex business requirements
• Independent, structured, and quality-oriented way of working
• German at C2 level and English at least B2
• Experience in the banking environment, especially in payment transactions
• Knowledge of SWIFT, EBICS, or comparable payment systems
• Experience in the operation and support of business-critical applications
• Workload: 100%
